What is your return policy for wine and spirits?

We accept returns on unopened bottles within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or damaged during transit. We cannot accept returns on chilled items or opened bottles due to safety regulations.

How do you ensure bottles don't break during shipping?

We use industry-standard, reinforced eco-friendly packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to minimize movement and provide maximum cushioning during the shipping process.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
