Our Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass collaborated with Melodie Leung of Zaha Hadid Architects, to conceive 20,000 bottles of this limited edition release. Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, the single malt is finished in Grahamâs Tawny Port pipes and 30 year old Apostoles sherry casks, with the lightest touch of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore.
Tasting Notes
The Aroma: Manuka honey, crÚme brûlée and antique leather, with delicate tropical notes of pomegranate, guava and cherry blossom.
On the Palate: Ripe figs, Seville oranges, forest fruits, passion fruit, lightly roasted Colombian coffee, fermented black limes and brioche.
Finishing Notes:Â Fresh roasted chestnuts, sweet wood spices, dark cacao and Alphonso mangoes with a delicate whisper of herbal wood smoke.
