SHINOBU Single Malt Newborn 1st was born from the master distiller Ken Usamiās artisanal beer-making skills and passion accumulated over 30 years. The whisky is made by manipulating Niigataās natural resources, known as the āthree white treasuresā, consisting of snow, rice, and sake. It is also using the rare Japanese oak (Mizunara) and malt. Aged for over a year in Mizunara and first-fill bourbon barrels and blended by hand. It creates a unique purity and aroma, with a clear and robust body.

Palate: Clear and full-bodied with a unique purity, gentle maltiness, and a light oak influence.
Nose:Ā Fresh aromas of green apples, citrus, honey, and a delicate floral touch.
